Unit to be Electrolux 2-Basket Automatic Pasta Cooker 178741.

The unit is a free-standing, 2-basket and automatic Pasta Cooker.

Each basket is to be independently programmable and cooking

times are microprocessor controlled. The water temperature is

to be thermostat controlled and programmable. The unit shall

feature constant water level and starch removal during cooking

process. IPX 4 splash water protection (NEMA 4 equivalent).

Two stainless steel baskets included. The 5.3 gallon tank is

pressed in AISI 316 stainless steel and features only rounded

corners. The unit to be completely in AISI 304 stainless steel.

Covered by Electrolux Platinum Star® Service Program two-

year parts and one-year labor warranty, installation start-up

and performance check-up after one year from installation.
