Heating function Application
Full Steam For vegetables, fish, potatoes, rice, pasta or
special side-dishes.
Half Steam + Heat For dishes with a high moisture content and for
poaching fish, custard royale and terrines.
Quarter Steam + Heat To bake bread, roast large pieces of meat or to
warm up chilled and frozen meals.
ECO Steam The ECO functions let you optimize the energy
consumption during cooking. It is necessary to
set the cooking time first. To get more informa‐
tion about the recommended settings, refer to
the cooking tables with the equivalent function.
Steam Regenerating To reheat already cooked food directly on a
plate.
Moist Fan Baking To save energy when you bake and cook dry
baked goods. Also to bake baked goods in tins
on 1 shelf position. This function was used to
define the energy efficiency class acc.

ECO Roasting The ECO functions let you optimize the energy
