"four refrigerator is equipped with a Wave-Touch TM

control panel display, it is only necessary to gently

touch the glass. There are three (3) levels of display.

1_tLevel: Sleep Mode

Sleep Mode displays only the WATER, CUBES and

CRUSHED options. Touch an icon to activate the

desired dispenser mode. The active dispenser mode is

more brightly illuminated.

2°d Level: Awakened Display Mode

The control panel is awakened by touching anywhere

on the glass where there is an indicator. Black space

will not awaken the display. After 10 seconds of

inactivity, the control panel will return to the Sleep mode.

The following dispenser options are illuminated:

ice off

(FreshFood

Ice Maker)

fastfreeze

Pressand holdfor three (3) secondsto turn the ice

maker"ON"or "OFF".Theicemakeris OFFwhen

the LEDabovethe"Ice Off"icon is illuminated. If

thereis nored indicator,then the icemakerisON.

Turningthe icernaker"OFF"disabtesthe icedis-

pensingfeature.Neither"CUBES"nor "CRUSHED"

will operatewith theice maker"OFF".

Activates a faster ratefor freezingfood and

increased ice production.

NOTE

Refer to Automatic Ice Maker-Freezer section for

freezer ice maker controls.

Press and hold for three (3) secondsto activate

and deactivate.This restricts undesired changes

to the refrigerator's settings and preventsuse of

the ice and water dispenser,

IMPORTANT

When the ice maker is turned off, the ice in the bucket

should be transferred to the freezer or discarded to

prevent it from melting,

3raLeveh User Variable Options

Touching the options icon displays the following options:

vacationmode

waterfilter

air filter

tempdisplay

tempmode

mutesounds

factorydefault

onoff

Conservesenergy by increasing the time

betweenautomatic defrost.This feature isauto-

matically activatedduring long periods between

door openings.Vacation mode is rnanually

activatedwhen the red indicator is lit.

Touch to displayfilter condition status. Press

and hold for three (3) seconds to resetafter filter

change,

Touch to displayfilter status. Pressand holdfor

three (3) secondsto resetafter filter change.

When active, it allows the display of the freezer

andfridge temps during "Sleep Mode". The

temperature is displayedwhen the red indicator

is lit.

Touchto toggledisplayfrorn Fahrenheitto

Celsius.

Tonesemitted by each keypresscan beturned

off basedon user preference.The sounds are

muted when the red indicator is lit. Warning

signalswilt stay active.

Resetsall refrigerator settings such astemp,

temp display,and alarm tonesto their factory

default settings.

Press and hold for three (3) seconds to turn

off the cooling system to cleanthe refrigera-

tor. it also turns off the ice maker,all dispenser

functions, and the PerfectTernpTM drawer (select

models). Thetemperature display will readOFF.

IMPORTANT

Pressing the system on!off icon does not turn off

power to your refrigerator, "You must unplug the power

cord from the wall outlet.
