Safety
Instructions
This appliance corresponds to accepted
technological standards with regards
to Safety Law. Nevertheless, as a
manufacturer we consider it our obligation
to make you aware of the following safety
information.
GENERAL SAFETY
The appliance may only be connected
to a power supply with the same
voltage as that specified on the rating
plate (K)!
Never use the flex to pull the plug out
of the socket but pull the actual plug.
If the mains cord of this appliance is
damaged, it has to be replaced by the
manufacturer or its customer service
or a trained electrician to avoid risks.
Never use the kettle if it has been
dropped or has evidently been
damaged.
Repairs to this appliance may only be
carried out by qualified service
engineers. Considerable danger may
result from improper repairs. If repairs
become necessary, please contact the
Electrolux Customer Care Department
or Electrolux authorised dealer.
Always pull out the plug,
before cleaning and attending to
the kettle,
and after each time it is used,
– and for faults during operation.
This appliance is not intended for use
by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
