Use drying sheets (optional extra). After the drying time switch off the oven, open and leave to cool down, preferably overnight.
* Cook all vegetables covered.
The times indicated repres ent recommended values and depend on the kind of consis tency and food.
- Use only commercially available preserve jars of the same size
- Jars with twist-off or bayonet type lids and metal tins are not s uitable
- Do not pre-heat oven
- Glass es must not touch each other
- Only use fresh fruit which is not overly ripe
- Oven door remains closed
