Problem Possible cause/Solution

The laundry is full of differ-

ent colored fluff:

The fabrics washed in the previous cycle released fluff of a differ-

ent color (refer to “Fluff in the garments” in chapter “Use - Washing

& Drying”).

• The drying phase helps to eliminate some fluff.

• Clean the clothes with a fluff remover.

In case of an excessive amount of fluff in the drum repeat the fol-

lowing procedure twice:

• Thoroughly clean the empty drum, the gasket and the door with

a wet rag.

• Perform a rinse cycle.

• Put a wool or piled fabric rag inside the drum.

• Perform a drying cycle of 10 minutes.

• Remove the old wool cloth.

Now you can wash other garments.

After a steam programme,

garments are partially wet:

The appliance is not accurately level.

• Check the levelling and adjust it by raising or lowering the feet.

After a steam programme,

garments are not sufficient-

ly smooth:

A wrong STEAM programme has been selected (e.g. Synthetic in-

stead of Cotton).

• Note the composition of the fabric.

Excessive laundry load.

• Reduce the laundry load.
