The coffee maker is programmed at the factory to offer the best performance under most conditions. However, the
user can customize how hot drinks are prepared to suit personal taste. In addition, the user can adjust certain
general operation settings.
Button Assignment The user can change the type of drink prepared when you push a certain button.
(Product Name)
Amount of Water The user can change the amount of water dispensed for each type of drink.
(Water Volume)
Grind Time For coffee drinks, the user can change the coffee bean grind time to make the coffee
stronger or weaker. The longer the grind time, the more coffee beans are ground and the
stronger the coffee.
Pre-Brewing Pre-brewing soaks the coffee grounds in water to help with flavor extraction. The user can
turn it on or off.
Tamping The user can turn the tamping feature on or off. Tamping compresses ground coffee beans
to increase coffee strength.
Used Coffee Ground The user can change the amount of coffee that builds up in the used coffee ground bin
Bin Meter before the “Drawer Full” message appears on the display.

Milk Clean Warning Set at the factory to 0. Do not change.
Clean Warning Set at the factory to 30. Do not change.
Group Setting Set at the factory to 2.0. Do not change.
Grinder Setting It indicates that the coffee grinder may need to be adjusted. Do not change this setting
Warning unless coffee quality has changed.
Steam Temperature Allows you to set the temperature of the steamed milk. Electrolux recommends you leave it
at the factory setting (125°C/257°F).
Water Filter Model E24CM76GUS only. If a water filter is installed on the coffee maker, you can set the
unit to display a message when the filter needs to be changed.
